Digital Boundaries: Modern Skills and Trends in Media and Information Literacy

 

MIDOCEAN University is preparing to participate in the Global Media and Information Literacy Week, organized annually by UNESCO, scheduled to take place this year from October 24 to 31, 2024. The university will be addressing the topic: “Digital Boundaries: Modern Skills and Trends in Media and Information Literacy.

 

This week aims to offer a variety of events and activities that will involve the university’s diverse disciplines, including:

– College of Management

– College of Media and Marketing

– College of Entrepreneurship and Innovation

– College of Informatics

– College of Humanities

– Doctoral Program

– Activities in French

 

A schedule of events will be organized, encompassing all activities to be broadcast daily throughout the week. Participation is expected from professors, students, university alumni, guest experts, media professionals, and trainers.

 

The activities will comprise:

– Discussion panels

– Seminars

– Visual content (videos)

– Audio content (podcasts)

– Articles

– Reading materials

– A competition
