Midocean University is an investment of The Everyone’s Smart University Holding Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with registration no. 1010664457. It’s accredited and licensed by the Ministry of Education in the United Republic of the Comoros with no. MENERSFIP/SG/110-22. In addition, it has the membership of the Association of Arab Universities. The university offers its services to the citizens and residents of Comoros in addition to offering it globally through its licensed operational branch under the name of Midocean University- Fujairah Branch, with no. 4248A. This branch aims to support logistical services and services of infrastructure, technology and development, as well as ensuring business continuity, and performing the financial work, including disbursement and collection, knowing that the degree-granting body for all study programs is Midocean University in the United Republic of the Comoros. The university provides its services on an unlimited scale and has many international accreditations and partnerships including:

- Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges & Universities (ASIC), accredited from the British government for evaluating the quality of higher education.

- Membership of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

- Membership of Quality Matters (QM).

- Academic partnership agreement with CompTIA.

- The programs approved by the Comoros Ministry of Education and offered by Midocean University can be evaluated through FIS, a Founding Member and current organization member of the American National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES®) that gives graduates the chance to complete their study or to work in the USA and Canada.

- Membership of the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE).

- STARS membership from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE).

- Collaboration agreement with Red Hat Academy, a leading organization working to bridge the gap between education and industry.

- The University has acquired a 5/5 rate from the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) organization, one of the most significant organizations in rating and ranking higher educational institutions on a large scale all over the world in the fields of education, research, development, innovation, and social and global impact.

- According to Resolution No. 12 of the General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities, Midocean University was accepted as a participating member in the Association.

- The Times Higher Education (Impact Rankings) has recognized Midocean University as one of the world's most valued universities, having achieved a significant impact ranking in 2024 and demonstrating comprehensive excellence in contributing to global sustainable development. Times Higher Education presents the Impact Ranking for the universities which excel across multiple United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Not only do these institutions stand out in individual areas but they also demonstrate comprehensive excellence in contributing to global sustainable development.

- Establishment of a student club with the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the world's largest scientific and educational association in the computing field. It provides access to exclusive educational resources and a global network of computing professionals.

- Establishment of a student club with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world's largest technological organization that works to develop technologies that would serve humanity. It provides exclusive access to specialized, scientific resources, workshops, lectures, and a global network of technology experts.

- Membership of the British Computer Society (BCS).

Recognition depends on the accrediting body and is subject to its standards. You can inquire about accrediting academic degrees at the institutions you hope to work for in the future or for which you currently work.
